How can I claim my Items upon Purchasing?

Website Chat (Recommended)

1. Open the chat bubble in the bottom right hand side corner.

2. Input your email and fill out all fields that are required to open the chat.

3. Type in "Help Claiming Order" if you need assistance on receiving your order.

4. A team member will join the chat and discuss with you/help you claim your order.

4. Follow the team members steps on the claiming process to receive your items.

Discord

1. Join our Discord server and open a ticket in #claims. 

2. Fill out the form with the following:
- Order Number.
- Roblox Username.
- What You Ordered.

3. A staff member will send you a friend request from our bots account.

4. Accept the friend request and join the bot’s server.

5. Send the bot a request to trade.

6. In the trade, add food item(s) or common pet(s) (this is required for the bot to accept the trade.)

7. In some cases, the bot may ask for your first name to verify the order.

8. After receiving your item(s), please leave a vouch in #vouches to support our shop!

Email

1. Email us with the following info:
- Order Number
- Roblox Username
- A good time for delivery (including your time zone)

2. We’ll follow the same process via email and coordinate your delivery.
